Premature Ejaculation Training – A Case Study

John was like a lot of guys who come to see me.

He was 25 and had struggled with premature ejaculation ever since the first time he was interment with a girl.

John’s case is pretty typical of the guys I work with so I’m going to use it as a case study to show you how to stop premature ejaculation the right way.

As I do with all my clients I sat John down to see exactly what he knew about premature ejaculation and his thoughts on it. John had tried it all. Natural pills he bought of the internet, numbing cream and even a hypnosis CD. None of this worked and John said he struggled to last even 30 seconds.

The way that John talked about his premature ejaculation problems you could see just how much it had affected him and his relationships over the years. I also noted that the words”I don’t know what’s wrong with me” pass his lips no less than 3 times during that initial chat.

Here’s the thing though. There was nothing wrong with John. And I knew this would have to be to the first thing he would need to understand if he was to beat this problem.

I then I explained to John what had become glaringly obvious to me, after working with 1000’s of guys in a similar situation. The only reason you can’t control your ejaculation, is because you have never been taught how.

You see, ejaculation control is a skill. It’s something that can be learned by all men…

A lot of things you read about premature ejaculation online all treat it as a disorder or even a medical condition. Many of these sites are out to sell something, whether it’s a pill, a device or other magic cure. They make men who have trouble lasting in bed feel as though they have something deeply wrong with them. It’s no surprise really as making someone feel as though they have a major problem is a great way to get guys to buy whatever snake oil they are offering.

So I explained to John that there was nothing wrong with him. In fact, in many ways, premature ejaculation is completely normal. The difference between him and a guy lasting 30 minutes was that he hadn’t yet been shown the skills of ejaculation control. And there are a lot of them. And that’s what I showed him next.

The many skills of ejaculation control.

Learning how to stop premature ejaculation is not about just picking up a few nifty tricks and all of a sudden you lasting hours. It’s about developing a solid base and then developing skills in a core range of areas. Through this method which I taught John, you are basically guaranteed to succeed.

In my first session, I start off with two skills that on first glance appear to be at different ends of the spectrum, but I have found work really well together and often result in a similar outcome. Breathing and relaxation techniques and instant cool down methods to use when you are near the point of no return.

Both these methods work extremely well to build confidence and avoid panic. Next, I explained to John why this way so.

A big part of ejaculatory control is reducing muscle tension. It’s this tension that works it’s way down to your ejaculatory muscles to illiterately trigger orgasm and ejaculation. If you start intercourse while you are tensing these core muscles you are basically shooting yourself in the foot and your chances lasting greatly diminish.

And that’s why breathing is so important.

Once you start breathing correctly all that involuntary tension starts to melt away. There’s some specific learning techniques which I won’t go into here, that will have you breathing correctly on autopilot within 15 minutes.

I also explained to John the Meditative techniques he could perform in his head to become completely relaxed and free of internal tension. Next, it was for something completely different – The instant cool down methods.

Over the years I’ve been training guys, I discovered that it’s best to teach these right at the beginning.

I had my hesitations at first. I thought they might be so effective that some guys wouldn’t bother with the rest of the course. But what I found was, once guys learned these tricks and techniques, they began to grow in confidence and stopped micro-focusing on that dreaded point of no return.

I teach 6 separate cool down methods in the first class, and they are great for guys who want to start lasting longer straight away.

In John’s case, he reported using a few of these methods a few times in the first week, but after that realized he didn’t need them anymore. The same thing occurs with just about all the guys I coach or those who complete my course.

Before I sent John home I also explained to him the stages of arousal and the physical processes of orgasm and ejaculation. I also explained the key role that muscular tension plays in the process and how a lot of the work we will be doing will be about ensuring there is as little as possible.

By identifying and releasing this tension early I explained, we will be cutting it off at the source before this tension builds and works its way down to the core and ejaculatory area.

I sent John home with some simple exercises he could also start on and a copy of the course booklet for him to go through.
